Who you are dealing with
Pelora Terrace is a small online shop based in Thane, Maharashtra stocking outdoor & patio furniture for customers throughout the country.
Goods are bought in from suppliers and listed under our own name. We do not manufacture anything, and we hold no dealership or agency for any brand.
How an order is formed
An order becomes a contract when we confirm dispatch, not when you pay, and we may decline beforehand if stock, price or address turns out to be a problem.
A declined order that was already paid for is refunded in full.
Descriptions and photographs
We describe items from what suppliers tell us and from the product in front of us — photographs show the actual product, though colours shift between screens and dimensions are approximate unless stated. If a description is materially wrong, the return policy covers you.
A note on this category
Outdoor furniture is sold for domestic use. Frames, slings and cushions weather differently depending on how much sun and rain they take, and normal fading or surface marking from being left outdoors is wear rather than a fault.
Prices
We price in Indian Rupees and add delivery, visibly, at checkout — we may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. Clear mispricing is raised with you rather than silently fulfilled.

- Guard your account credentials, since anything ordered through the account counts as yours
Our responsibility
We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered, in the condition described, and for the remedies set out in our shipping, return and cancellation policies . Indirect or consequential loss is excluded as far as Indian law permits, and no right that cannot be limited is affected.
Save where the law says otherwise, we supply goods without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond any the manufacturer gives.
Law and jurisdiction
We sell under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 Any dispute is for the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
