We collect only what an order needs, and this notice says what that is, how long it stays, and what you can require of us.

What we collect

  • Log data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and device type
  • A record of what you ordered, so past orders can be discussed
  • Whatever the courier needs: a name, an address, an email and a phone number

No card or banking credentials are collected — UPI payments happen inside your own banking app and Cash on Delivery is settled with the courier, so those details never pass through this website.

Purpose

To pack and deliver your order, answer your messages, handle returns and refunds, and keep the records Indian tax and consumer law requires — we build no advertising profiles and we do not sell data.

Who else sees it

The delivery company, and the technical providers behind the website and its mail — that is the whole list . Each acts on our instructions only. We disclose to a public authority only where the law requires it.

Bulky outdoor items sometimes need a delivery slot arranged by phone, so the courier may contact you directly on the number you give at checkout.

Retention

Sales paperwork is held for the length of time tax and consumer law prescribes — enquiries that never became orders are cleared once closed, and nothing is kept indefinitely for its own sake.

Cookies and the basket

There are cookies for the basket and your session, and a light analytics cookie for page counts . Browser-level blocking is possible; the basket then fails.

Your address is not added to any mailing list — the only messages you get from us are about an order you placed.

What you can ask for

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) you may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it The Grievance Officer below handles these requests, and answers within a reasonable period.

Grievance Officer

Complaints about how your data has been handled go to our Grievance Officer, reachable at [email protected] or by post at Yadav Chawl, 1, Ambika Nagar No 3, Thane, Maharashtra 400604, India . Mark the subject line “Grievance” so it reaches the right desk. The role is held by a member of our team; we acknowledge your complaint and tell you what we are doing about it.

Keeping it safe

HTTPS covers the site, and only the staff who pack orders can open order records . Should a breach ever touch your data, you and the authority both hear from us.
