What delivery costs

free delivery starts at ₹999 and under it there is a single flat charge of ₹49 no matter how many items are in the basket.

Choosing Cash on Delivery adds nothing to the total.

Dispatch and delivery times

an order spends 1–2 business days with us before it leaves — after which after that the courier needs 3–9 business days, longer for remote pin codes.

The daily cut-off is 3:00 PM IST, and orders placed later go out the following working day.

None of this is a guaranteed date . When something slips, you hear it from us.

Where we ship

All orders ship inside India . International orders and reshipping services are not something we take on.

Our couriers do not reach every pin code . In that case the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email at the point of collection . Do not worry if it shows nothing for a while — the scan network catches up. Write to [email protected]. We run support by email only, so there is no phone queue to sit in.

If something goes wrong on the way

A short video of the parcel being opened protects you. Report damage, a wrong item or a missing piece within 48 hours with that footage and we cover everything.

When the courier gives up after its attempts, the parcel is returned to us . We will resend on a corrected address, charging the flat delivery fee for the second run.
