What payment methods do you take?

UPI or Cash on Delivery. We are not set up for cards, net banking, wallets or EMI.

How much is delivery?

Free on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹49 below that.

What is your return policy?

Within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and complete with packaging and invoice.

Can I collect in person?

Pelora Terrace trades online only; the address we list is administrative.

Can you give a tax invoice?

No GST is charged — we are not GST registered — and the paperwork is a plain sale invoice.

When do I get my refund?

Within 7 business days of the item reaching us and passing inspection. Cancelled prepaid orders reverse in 5 to 7 working days.

Do you sell brand-name goods?

Our catalogue is bought in and sold under the Pelora Terrace name — no manufacturer authorises or endorses us.

What if an item is faulty?

Tell us inside 48 hours and attach the unboxing footage. We cover the replacement or refund and the return leg.

Can this furniture stay outside all year?

It is made for outdoor use, but nothing survives a monsoon untouched. Fold or cover seating when it is not in use and rinse frames occasionally; fading and surface marks from constant sun and rain count as wear, not a defect.
