Paying by UPI

Pick UPI and we show a QR code; your banking app does the rest . The transfer is bank to bank; your credentials never touch our site.

Confirmation follows the payment reaching us . Where a payment goes out but no order appears, the UPI reference number lets us find it.

Cash on Delivery

Pay the courier when the parcel is handed over . Exact change is worth having; couriers rarely carry any. There is no surcharge, though a small number of pin codes are excluded.

Methods we cannot take

We do not accept credit or debit cards, net banking, wallets or EMI, and we take no payments from outside India. Card details never reach us in the first place.

What the price includes

Every price is in Indian Rupees, with nothing added later Being below the GST registration threshold, we are not registered for GST — Your order carries no GST component, and the invoice enclosed is a simple sale invoice.

If a payment goes wrong

Email is the way to reach us — [email protected]. We have no phone line for orders. The order number and the UPI reference are enough for us to trace a payment, usually same-day.
