Before it leaves

Nothing is charged to cancel while the parcel is still in our hands . Reach us before 3:00 PM IST on the day and it is straightforward.

Write to [email protected]. We run support by email only, so there is no phone queue to sit in. Quote the order number and ask us to cancel; we confirm in writing.

Once the courier has it

After collection the parcel is out of our reach . The return route is open for 10 days from delivery.

Refunds on cancelled orders

Cancel a prepaid order in time and the reversal runs 5 to 7 working days — the timeline the Reserve Bank of India sets for payment reversals.

There is no payment to reverse on a cancelled Cash on Delivery order . No cancellation fee is levied either.

If we have to cancel

There are orders we have to stop : damaged stock, an unreachable pin code, or an order we cannot verify. You get the reason and a full refund.

Sending a doubtful item to keep a sale is not how we work.
